Paul M. Lambrecht, FACHE is the Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety for Inspira Health based in Mullica Hill, New Jersey and is a Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Woodbury in Gloucester County.

In this role, Paul sets strategy and provides leadership for quality and patient safety initiatives, including oversight for infection prevention and accreditation. He led Inspira’s response to the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic and served as the co-chair of the COVID Vaccination Steering Committee.

Paul is clinically trained as a Paramedic and Respiratory Therapist, is board certified in healthcare administration, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Certified Professional in Patient Safety and a graduate of the Emergency Manager 1 and Emergency Manager 2 programs.

Gerard Carroll, MD, FAAEM, MICP is an Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services Physician at Cooper University Hospital. He also serves as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at The Cooper Medical School at Rowan University, and Director of the Emergency Medical Services Fellowship at Cooper.

Dr. Carroll is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services and is licensed as a Paramedic. Prior to this, Dr. Carroll served as an EMT for over 25 years and now serves as the Medical Director for Cooper’s Division of EMS, Disaster, and Transport Medicine.

Dr. Carroll loves the varied practice environments of EM and EMS and brings the different aspects of these as part of his regular medical practice.
